Kitchen as I installed it in 2013. Two disadvantages, kitchen furniture with folding doors, which made handling in the lower area not always easy (you don't get any younger...) and no storage space above the baby aviary on the left.

New planned kitchen: • Except for the furniture under the sink, all kitchen furniture with drawers in three sizes • Kitchen unit 60cm deep (old 50cm) • 2 baby aviaries (old 1 baby aviary) • Lots of storage space above the two aviaries

Old kitchen is being dismantled and disposed of...

The new METOD kitchen elements from IKEA are being assembled...

Kitchen unit and cover built up, large stainless steel sink with professional kitchen faucet installed...

And finally, a new DAB + radio was installed. At 16 x 8 cm, it's not big, but thanks to its small dimensions, the radio is very easy to clean.
